Stuffed Turkey Milanese rolls


  • 6 pcs Turkey Milanese
  • 6 slices Turkey Ham
  • 6 slices Manchego Cheese
  • 6 pcs Egg
  • ¼ pc Onion
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • ½ tsp English Sauce
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 300 gr Flour
  • 250 gr ground bread
  • 500 ml Oil
  • C / N Sal
  • C / N Ground black pepper
  • Chopsticks


  1. Mix the chopped onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, a tablespoon of oil, salt and pepper. Mix with the Turkey Milanese and marinate for at least half an hour.
  2. Lightly beat the egg and season.
  3. Spread a Turkey Milanese, place a slice of turkey ham and a slice of cheese, roll up and hold with wooden toothpicks.
  4. Go through flour, egg and ground bread, making sure that it is completely covered.
  5. Heat the oil and add the turkey milanesas, fry over medium heat until they are cooked and golden.
  6. Drain on absorbent paper and serve.
