Pambazos with chicken

Ingredients:

  • 1 pc Chicken breast
  • 2 pcs Teleras
  • c / n Soybean oil for frying
  • c / n Salt

Sauce:

  • 7 pcs guajillo chili
  • ¼ pc White onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • c / n Salt
  • c / n Pepper

Accompaniment:

  • Lettuce
  • Crema
  • Cotija cheese

Process:

  1. Boil the breast for 1 hr in salted water.
  2. Once cold crumble.
  3. Hydrate the chiles until they are soft.
  4. Blend together with the onion and garlic to obtain a sauce.
  5. Bathe the teleras with the sauce with the help of a brush on both loaves.
  6. In a frying pan, fry the breads with little oil for 3 minutes until both sides are toasted.
  7. Fill the pambazos with the shredded breast.
  8. Serve with lettuce, cream and Cotija cheese.
