Duck Burger
Ingredients:
- 400 gr ground Duck Breast
- 80 gr duck fat
- Turkey Bacon
- Onion in rings
- Sliced tomato
- Lettuce
- Pickles
- 3 slices Swiss Cheese
- Mayonnaise
- Mustard
- 3 pcs hamburger bun
French sweet potatoes:
- 2 pcs sweet potato orange
- 100 gr Flour
- c / n Salt
- c / n Oil
Process:
- Grind the Duck Breast and mix with the fat, season and form the Burgers.
- In a frying pan, brown the bacon and reserve.
- Grill the prepared hamburgers, when they are almost ready, add the cheese over the meat and let it gratinate.
- Mix the mayonnaise with the mustard
- Place lettuce leaves on bread, meat, tomato slices, onion rings, pickles and bacon. To serve
For the French Sweet Potatoes:
- Cut the sweet potatoes into sticks and pass them through the flour.
- Fry in oil until crisp, remove from oil and add salt. To serve
