Turkey and potato salad

Ingredients:

  • 1kg cooked turkey breast
  • 2 kg cooked chambray potato
  • 2 pc boiled egg
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup cream
  • 1 pc onion chopped
  • 2 tbsp chives, chopped
  • 1 small green bell pepper, seeded and diced
  • 3 pcs celery stalks, thinly sliced
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 30 ml lemon juice

Process:

  1. Cut the potatoes into cubes.
  2. Shred the turkey breast.
  3. Cut the boiled egg pieces into cubes.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes, shredded turkey breast, and egg pieces.
  5. Mix the mayonnaise, cream, chopped onion, chives, green pepper, celery and lemon juice. Season and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight. To serve
