Duck Sushi

Ingredients:

  • 1 pc Duck Breast
  • 300 gr Rice for sushi
  • 20 ml rice vinegar
  • ½ tbsp Salt
  • ½ tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 pc Cucumber in sticks
  • 1 pc Avocado
  • 50 gr Hoisin Sauce
  • 5 pcs Seaweed Nori
  • 50 gr white sesame
  • 50 gr black sesame

Process:

  1. Cook the sushi rice in water, rice vinegar, salt and sugar.
  2. Chisel the skin of the Duck Breast and marinate in the Hoisin sauce for 1 hour.
  3. Cook the Duck Breast starting with the skin. (It is important not to overcook so that it does not dry out)
  4. Once cooked cut into sticks and bathe with the Hoisin sauce
  5. Assemble the sushi with the rest of the ingredients and serve. It can be accompanied with Soy Sauce.
