Turkey breast stuffed with ham and cheese
Ingredients:
- 4 Turkey Milanese
- 250 gr Mozarella Cheese, in small cubes
- 20 gr fresh basil, chopped
- 78 gr of turkey ham
- C / N Olive oil
- C / N Salt and pepper
For the garnish
- 12 pcs Chambray potatoes, cooked
For la salsa:
- 400 ml Tomato Puree
- 1 tbsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp oregano
Process:
- Preheat the oven to 200ºC
- Place the turkey breasts on a board and season.
- Mix the turkey ham, cheese and basil in a bowl.
- Place 1 tablespoon of the previous mixture in the center of the turkey breast and roll up the breast. Repeat the procedure with all the breasts.
- Place on a tray a little oil, the stuffed breasts and the seasoned chambray potatoes. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until breasts are golden brown.
For la salsa:
- In a saucepan place the tomato puree, garlic powder and oregano, bring to a boil and set aside.
Serve the breasts on a plate and bathe with the tomato sauce.
