Turkey breast stuffed with ham and cheese


  • 4 Turkey Milanese
  • 250 gr Mozarella Cheese, in small cubes
  • 20 gr fresh basil, chopped
  • 78 gr of turkey ham
  • C / N Olive oil
  • C / N Salt and pepper

For the garnish

  • 12 pcs Chambray potatoes, cooked

For la salsa:

  • 400 ml Tomato Puree
  • 1 tbsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp oregano


  1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC
  2. Place the turkey breasts on a board and season.
  3. Mix the turkey ham, cheese and basil in a bowl.
  4. Place 1 tablespoon of the previous mixture in the center of the turkey breast and roll up the breast. Repeat the procedure with all the breasts.
  5. Place on a tray a little oil, the stuffed breasts and the seasoned chambray potatoes. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until breasts are golden brown.

For la salsa:

  1. In a saucepan place the tomato puree, garlic powder and oregano, bring to a boil and set aside.

Serve the breasts on a plate and bathe with the tomato sauce.
