Chicken burguer

Ingredients:

  • 2 pcs boneless chicken thighs
  • 4 pcs Egg
  • 200 ml whipping cream
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp cayenne
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • c / n Salt
  • c / n Pepper
  • c / n Soybean oil for frying

Breaded:

  • 100 gr wheat flour
  • 25 gr cornstarch
  • 10 gr rice flour

Accompaniment:

  • Brioche bread
  • French lettuce
  • Purple Onion
  • Tomato
  • Pickles
  • Mayonnaise
  • Sweet guajillo chili sauce and agave honey

Process:

  1. Combine the whipping cream with all the powders and marinate the chicken in the mixture for 30 minutes.
  2. In a bowl mix the flours from the breading.
  3. Pass the chicken through the beaten egg and flour evenly.
  4. In a frying pan, heat a sufficient quantity of oil and fry the chicken at 200ºC for 8 min until obtaining a golden color. Let stand for 5min.
  5. Assemble the hamburger with the companions and serve.
