Chicken burguer

Ingredients:
- 2 pcs boneless chicken thighs
- 4 pcs Egg
- 200 ml whipping cream
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp cayenne
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- c / n Salt
- c / n Pepper
- c / n Soybean oil for frying
Breaded:
- 100 gr wheat flour
- 25 gr cornstarch
- 10 gr rice flour
Accompaniment:
- Brioche bread
- French lettuce
- Purple Onion
- Tomato
- Pickles
- Mayonnaise
- Sweet guajillo chili sauce and agave honey
Process:
- Combine the whipping cream with all the powders and marinate the chicken in the mixture for 30 minutes.
- In a bowl mix the flours from the breading.
- Pass the chicken through the beaten egg and flour evenly.
- In a frying pan, heat a sufficient quantity of oil and fry the chicken at 200ºC for 8 min until obtaining a golden color. Let stand for 5min.
- Assemble the hamburger with the companions and serve.
