Chicken Breast Fajitas

Ingredients:
- 1 pc boneless chicken breast
- 1 pza Red Bell Pepper
- 1 pc Green Bell Pepper
- 1 pc Pumpkin
- 1 pc Tomato
- ¼ pc Onion
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 100 ml Chicken Consommé
- C / N Salt and Pepper
Process:
- Finely fillet the onion
- Clean the Peppers and cut into thin julienne strips
- Cut the Chicken Breast into strips of 4 cm long by 1 cm thick approximately.
- Cut the tomatoes in half, remove the seeds and julienne.
- In a frying pan heat the olive oil, add the chicken and the onion, sauté until the onion looks slightly transparent.
- Add the peppers and sauté a couple of minutes, add the zucchini in julienne strips, the tomatoes and the chicken consommé, cover and cook for 5 minutes, stirring from time to time.
- Season and serve.
