Chicken Breast Fajitas


  • 1 pc boneless chicken breast
  • 1 pza Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 pc Green Bell Pepper
  • 1 pc Pumpkin
  • 1 pc Tomato
  • ¼ pc Onion
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 100 ml Chicken Consommé
  • C / N Salt and Pepper


  1. Finely fillet the onion
  2. Clean the Peppers and cut into thin julienne strips
  3. Cut the Chicken Breast into strips of 4 cm long by 1 cm thick approximately.
  4. Cut the tomatoes in half, remove the seeds and julienne.
  5. In a frying pan heat the olive oil, add the chicken and the onion, sauté until the onion looks slightly transparent.
  6. Add the peppers and sauté a couple of minutes, add the zucchini in julienne strips, the tomatoes and the chicken consommé, cover and cook for 5 minutes, stirring from time to time.
  7. Season and serve.
