Bird Record
Ingredients:
- 2 pcs Chicken Thighs
- 2 pcs Chicken Legs
- 2 pcs Duck Thigh
- 1 pc Turkey Breast
- 200 gr Turkey Chorizo
- 200 gr Turkey Bacon, coarsely chopped
- 2 pza Green pepper in julienne
- 2 pcs Serrano Chile minced
- 3 pcs Tomato chopped
- 1 pc Onion filleted
- 1 bunch Parsley, chopped
- 1 can Light beer
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 50 ml soybean oil
- c / n Salt and Pepper
Process:
- Put a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat, once hot add the bacon and chorizo. Fry very well until golden. Reserve.
- Add all the poultry pieces to the center and brown without stopping moving.
- Once the poultry pieces are browned, add the chorizo, bacon, the vegetables and the beer, season and let the vegetables cook.
- Add the parsley and oregano.
- Serve with flour tortillas.
