Bird Record

Ingredients:

  • 2 pcs Chicken Thighs
  • 2 pcs Chicken Legs
  • 2 pcs Duck Thigh
  • 1 pc Turkey Breast
  • 200 gr Turkey Chorizo
  • 200 gr Turkey Bacon, coarsely chopped
  • 2 pza Green pepper in julienne
  • 2 pcs Serrano Chile minced
  • 3 pcs Tomato chopped
  • 1 pc Onion filleted
  • 1 bunch Parsley, chopped
  • 1 can Light beer
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 50 ml soybean oil
  • c / n Salt and Pepper

Process:

  1. Put a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat, once hot add the bacon and chorizo. Fry very well until golden. Reserve.
  2. Add all the poultry pieces to the center and brown without stopping moving.
  3. Once the poultry pieces are browned, add the chorizo, bacon, the vegetables and the beer, season and let the vegetables cook.
  4. Add the parsley and oregano.
  5. Serve with flour tortillas.
